ORAL. Palbociclib 21 days on / 7 off (its neutropenia tracks that on/off schedule and RECOVERS in the off-week — high counts but low fever risk). Letrozole is taken continuously; its effects (hot flashes, joint pain, bone loss) build over weeks-to-years, NOT on the palbociclib cycle.
